Join our mothly class as we explore techniques from our extensive, certified, and authorised syllabus, covering both empty-hand and traditional weapon-based skills.

Aiki Jujitsu is a classical Japanese martial art made public by Sokaku Takeda in the late 1800s. It is the foundational art behind modern styles like Aikido and Hapkido, offering a deep, detail-rich practice with centuries of tradition behind it.

Our syllabus includes work with weapons such as:

  • Bokken (wooden sword)

  • Jo (short staff)

  • Hanbo (half staff)

  • Tanto (knife)

  • ​Iaito (training sword)
